Learning Cycle on Light with Interactive Notebook Pages

Learning Cycle on Light

Materials:  Students are given wax paper, clear floral wrap and foil as well as a flashlight.

Directions:  Lights are out.  Students hold up materials and shine flashlight against them.  What do you notice?

Students enjoy learning about Light with hands-on, inquiry based activities!

All you need is foil, wax paper and clear wrap.  I use floral wrap for this.

Students demonstrating the concept by building a straight fence of toothpicks using the shadows and light to guide them.

More entries in science notebook after lessons on light.
